Notice to Patients of the Heng Medical Clinic in Camarillo, CA:

The Heng Medical Clinic continues to ensure the safety of our patients for in-person visits as well as monitor the latest developments regarding any current threats. We follow  recommended best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as guidelines from our local and state health departments. Our practice is taking the following actions to address the Covid-19 crisis:

• We are now resuming our regular patient hours for in-person clinic appointments. Patients may also opt for consultation via Telemedicine. Please contact us at (805) 484-1033 to arrange an appointment.
• We will continue to answer questions and respond to urgent inquiries by email and telephone.
• Prescription refills are available consistent with federal and state laws. 
• Consultation with your other healthcare providers and specialty consultants will continue to be conducted by this office by telephone and secure email. 
• We will make your medical records available upon receipt of a completed and signed HIPAA-compliant release form. This release form is available on the "Patient Forms" page on this website. Alternatively, you may call our office for a copy of the authorization form. 
• If you experience any medical emergencies during hours that we are not open, or you need immediate and urgent attention, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Department of your closest hospital.
